We were there yesterday for dinner, really nice, clean and welcoming venue. The piadina a bit thinner than my personal taste, but really good and well filled, really positive experience worth repeating.

I went back after a year and the piada dough has gotten a lot worse. thin and really similar to the ready-made supermarket ones...

I was there 3 times in July for dinner, I had no wait issues also because a lady handles only the gf kitchen., excellent piadina!!! compliments!

As gluten-free piadina it's one of the best. But it makes no sense to advertise the fact that you make gluten-free piadina and then if there are people you don't make it or make them wait a full half hour because you first serve those who order the regular piadine! In my opinion this means not knowing how to work.
