in fact I'm here on vacation I asked for the piadina and they told me there was a contamination risk so I took it to cook myself at home along with some cured ham and I spent 5 euros too much in my opinion

the piadina is cooked on the same griddle where the regular ones are cooked, know that for your health.

Finally a piadina place for those in the Lido delle Nazioni area, in summer it's open all day until late evening. The gluten-free piadinas are good and can be topped however you like. They also have beer! If you want you can buy premade empty piade to eat at home whenever you want!
