Total disappointment plus the shop assistant's rudeness..if you don't want to make gluten-free piadinas or it's too much trouble to provide an extra topping besides the dry cured ham you put in the piadina, then don't write "gluten-free" on the signs outside. There was no way to add anything besides prosciutto crudo and mayo/ketchup. Ridiculous

there's no choice at all. you can ONLY get prosciutto crudo and nothing else. if you tolerate contamination you can have cheese but you'll have to breathe on it to melt it ;) ... avoided from the get-go.

Total disappointment!!!! I'd already been there other times and had piadinas in various flavors, but today I went back and...the only gluten-free option available was with prosciutto crudo!!

Thursday June 2nd at 9:30 PM gluten-free piadina all gone... Too bad. We'll try again tomorrow night. But for gluten-free only cured ham.

I should mention I went there for Easter, the piadina is really good too bad that inside, as a topping, I could ONLY add cured ham and nothing else, full stop. Luckily they had fries!

Excellent gluten-free piadina. Absolutely recommended for celiacs. Gluten-free beers also available. A confirmation. Excellent place, recommended.

Excellent gluten-free piadinas, every time I've gone they've always had them available. Option to top them however you like!! Recommended!!

EXCEPTIONAL gluten-free piadinas!!! You can choose any topping listed on the menu! Too bad about the lack of gluten free beer...

Finally we celiacs too can eat a piadina if we're in this area!! You can choose all the ingredients for the piadina and even the fries are gluten-free!!
