"PIADAMI, the piadina made with love", whose name and slogan embody the concept of "PIADINA TO LOVE", meaning prepared with care and mindful of the health and nutritional values that only the best ingredients can guarantee. It is not a "FRANCHISE", but a project starting from the study of the original Romagna recipe and therefore from the use of the best national flours and a careful selection of DOP and IGP cured meats and cheeses from producers and dairies famous for their excellence in Italy. With this philosophy, PIADAMI welcomes you into the elegant venue where all preparations are made right before your eyes, such as the handmade doughs and the preparation of fresh vegetables grilled on the spot. Since October 2015, gluten-free piadinas have also been prepared.

WATCH OUT!!! It's a trap!! They make the piadinas so good that you're forced to eat two of them!!! Guaranteed quality and Top staff! I didn't give a 10 because there's always room for improvement! But truly well done

I think it's the best gluten-free piadina I've eaten in my 13 years of celiac disease, staff really attentive and kind, nice place and downtown, highly recommended, I'll definitely go back
