Not recommended for celiacs, there's a risk of contamination. Compliments to the manager for his honesty, we didn't stop to eat.

We went too, really good and the owner very attentive and kind. He makes several types of gluten-free piadina dough and also makes desserts like pancakes, the only flaw the piadinas seemed a bit small to us, (maybe because they were good and disappeared quickly)

Piadina shop, 10 with honors. My husband and I left the venue in tears! The best thing in my life! Endless choice of products, freshness, courtesy. If I really have to find something wrong, the venue is very small, the bill a bit steep. But it's worth it and we will become regular customers.
