Salerno Food Gluten Free was born from the experience of master pastry chef Vincenzo Iannone. Combining fine pastry with gluten-free products was the master's challenge, putting ingredient research first. Combining them to give desserts, baked goods, fresh pasta and special holiday sweets the same flavor, fragrance and goodness as classic baked goods was the challenge.

We had never happened to find such fresh, genuine and tasty products. Bread, pizza, crocché. And then desserts, biscuits and exceptional cakes. The owner is an exquisite person and even the prices are extraordinary.... in short, worth trying!

Not far from my house, really fresh and delicious products, wide choice among dry desserts, spoon desserts and fresh ones, bread, savory pastries, croissants, pasta, small pizzas, ice cream (pizzas also available on order, until 8 PM). Also available products for those intolerant to milk. Highly recommended!

Excellent the semifreddo, the pasta and the bread. I recommend trying it Importantly the price is also excellent.
