I was passing through Modena and, searching the app for the closest spot to me, it pointed me to this shop. What can I say…the owner endlessly kind. A great sandwich and the best chiacchiere I've ever had. Ah, they use flours totally free of gluten, not deglutenized. Highly recommended.

Everything delicious, from pizzas to bread, tortellini, tortelloni naturally gluten-free. They also have some lactose-free products!
