Artisan bakery and pastry workshop entirely dedicated to gluten-free, in the heart of Sarzana. Every day it prepares bread, focaccia, pizza, breadsticks, crackers, fresh pasta and desserts with naturally gluten-free flours, with attention also to lactose, nickel and eggs to meet multiple dietary needs. A project born from the direct experience of the owner, a celiac herself, to offer gluten-free diners a safe reference point for shopping without compromise.

Small venue a short distance from downtown. We went late morning and unfortunately the product choice was limited because whoever came before us had emptied the shop (There were still 3-4 overflowing bags left!). The owner was really nice and still tried to serve us as best she could. Focaccine and small pizzas really good.

Valentina bakes with a smile and love enjoyable little focaccine and delicious little pastries. The smell intoxicates you from the street and it's one of the reasons that drew me in the first time. The venue's style fully reflects the owner and the care she puts into every detail. I tried everything and as a non-celiac I can say I almost wish I were one.

A dream for celiacs and not only! I go to sarzana specifically because Valentina bakes really good and always different things every day, both sweet and savory! I love her little focaccine as much as her cupcakes!
