I was in Trieste and stopped by this pastry shop-bakery, curious because of the reviews. The bread is really good, the artisan crostini and also the almond pastries... well done!

helpful and knowledgeable staff, wide offering from sweet to savory, for a celiac in Trieste this is a required stop, better in the morning, in the afternoon there's little choice left, on Saturday it closes at 2pm

One of the best bakeries and pastry shops in Italy. From the sweet cornetti for breakfast, going through the pizza and the bread, to the dessert with the exquisite pastries ... in short a place for celiacs finger-licking good to satisfy hunger and palate.

I'm correcting the review, the place is open but it's called "Un Mondo Senza Glutine" and it's at via San Giacomo in Monte 16. Wide choice and very kind staff!
