A bistro, boulangerie and pastry shop entirely dedicated to gluten-free cuisine, born from the project of a celiac founder together with a chef with years of experience. Every day fresh bread, croissants, pizzas and focaccias are baked using naturally gluten-free flours, while for lunch and dinner the menu offers starters, main courses and single dishes, with attention to lactose intolerance as well. Sunday is dedicated to brunch, with a choice of meat, fish and vegan options.
