on a recent stay in Rome friends introduced me to this pastry shop's tiramisù... REALLY GOOD both in the classic and strawberry versions. Really worth trying... I should specify that not having seen the venue I can't rate some of the required aspects so I gave 6 but it could also be more....

I think Pompi's gluten-free tiramisù is the best gluten-free thing out there. I recommend it. As for it being frozen, ALL of Pompi's tiramisù are.

unfortunately it's no longer the product it used to be, they even use liqueur inside the tiramisu, a real blasphemy.

I had the chance to try the classic Pompi tiramisu in GF version, shortly after this GF product was put on the market. I didn't like it at all but it's just my personal taste. a little while ago I went back to the pastry shop and for a change I ordered the strawberry tiramisu, they explained it takes a bit since it's frozen but all in all the wait wasn't long at all. the strawberry tiramisu definitely had a better effect on me, I highly recommend it.

Given that it's known the tiramisu are frozen, but if I come to eat the dessert on the spot they can't tell me the wait is an hour, the time to thaw.
