They have a dedicated lab and take the necessary precautions. I tried various pastries and I only have one complaint about the cream-filled bignè which tend to be a bit soggy. The shortcrust is good, flakier in the pastries with jam. The pizza dough is good shame they're not generous with the mozzarella. Bread and focaccia available daily, the rest is all by order so it's best to plan ahead.

for Easter I had two colombas made (one gluten-free and one vegan gluten-free). delicious! I also tried the pastries..just as good! the staff are extremely kind

What panzerotti!!!!!!!! no difference at all from the traditional ones. Absolutely to recommend.

I just tried the chocolate colomba and the fig and walnut one, gluten-free and butter-free, believe me I couldn't believe how good it was, my family said no difference from the traditional one. the pastry shop is really well stocked with fresh products for the intolerant.

It had been years since I ate such good gluten-free and lactose-free products. Finally I found my go-to place for shopping. I recommend it to everyone.

tried today for the first time: absolutely positive rating! Really good pizza, excellent focaccia and heated 3 seconds in the microwave it gets even better just the right thickness of tagliatelle excellent rating also for the desserts: the bignè cream is exquisite overall, worth going back to and worth promoting

I ended up at this pastry shop almost by chance, visiting relatives..I tried the gluten-free fruit tart..DELICIOUS!!!! At the first bite and also the following ones I couldn't believe it. The staff is really well trained, helpful and friendly!
