They made my wedding cake which was a delight. brioches pizzette bread ...all sorts of things at this shop everything is truly excellent!

Good morning I feel I should first of all thank you for your review. I'm sorry you still haven't managed to try the brioches but since it's a product that sells out fast I always recommend booking them ahead. The venue is always full on weekends because people come from really far away.... And I've gotten customers used to booking the product ahead to avoid a wasted trip......I'm a really helpful person and I'm sorry you didn't find a connection with us..... I hope to see you again soon

Good products. Negative notes: I never managed to try the brioches, they were always sold out! my fault for the time I visited the venue, but make a few more of them! after all a muffin more or less anyone can make at home, a nice brioche maybe not! Another note: little connection with the girl at the shop - I think the owner - , I'm sorry, maybe we just didn't click, but I can't agree with the comments about the staff's courtesy and kindness!

Excellent quality at honest prices (considering the gluten-free raw ingredients!). I think they're the best products on the market, with a wide choice for every type of intolerance.

Good morning Mr. Enrico I wanted to reply to your comment. I'm glad you were satisfied with our kindness and our helpfulness, however I'm sorry that you found our products' prices high given that our commitment is also to keep the prices of artisanal foods for the intolerant low, for which there's work and above all a search for raw ingredients really different from that of traditional products. I still invite you to come visit us again and I guarantee you won't find gluten-free artisanal products at our prices anywhere else
