We went here because there were gluten-free products, but when we asked, we were told there were only packaged croissants. We looked elsewhere and came back to the same pastry shop. We asked for the packaged croissant. The staff member took the croissant out of the package and put it in the microwave, placing a napkin under it. I asked if the microwave was always used with gluten-free products and if they were aware of the risk of cross-contamination, but they told me there was no problem at all. My 5-year-old daughter eats this product. Would you give it to your child? I couldn't. I had to go to Caffè Leopaldo in downtown Naples. We expect greater sensitivity from everyone on this topic. I think only products related to this and similar places should be listed here, and if they are added, there should be a check to make sure they treat us with sensitivity.
