Today I had lasagna al ragù for lunch.. Not even my grandmother made it this good.. I had to have seconds.. And then finished with the cheesecake.. You can't stop yourself... Compliments!

The life of the mother of a 25 year old celiac boy has been significantly eased since we started getting supplies from Mrs. Manuela. She manages to satisfy every wish superbly. She's always available even for last minute requests and the quality is truly exceptional the result of so much experience, passion and product quality. By now when at home we talk about the shop to plan purchases we say "what do we order from Manuela" as if she were a dear friend.And for our family she has become one even though we don't know each other beyond the relationship in the shop.

I was at the shop today, for the first time. Between tasting cookies, little sweets, pizza and Easter colomba and a chat with the extremely kind owner, I started to understand I was in the right place. But tonight, at home, after eating the bread I bought with oil and tomato I realized the bakery isn't just a good place is..... A fantastic place! I'll tell you about the other delicacies another time.

Good morning Antonia, First of all I'd like to thank you for the feedback because, even if negative, it's always useful for improving in our work. Secondly I'm sorry you were disappointed by some of our products, especially because, both the roll and the little tarts, are among the desserts we sell and that are most liked, especially among the little ones. Next time please let the counter colleagues know right away, so we can take note of the product immediately. As for the choice of products we'd like to inform you that our shop cooks a lot by order... Obviously to avoid wasting raw ingredients which, as you surely know, aren't exactly cheap. Lastly we're really glad you were pleasantly struck by our prices and by the friendliness of our counter service. I wish you a good day, hoping to see you again at our bakery soon. :)

I had the chance to try the products and I don't think I'll be back. The choice of products was fairly limited and it was mid-morning anyway. I found the prices very convenient, of the products tried the chocolate roll was good but heavy after two bites, the little tarts instead inedible, I was sorry to have to throw it away almost whole but really I couldn't stand the taste of both the dough and the jam. On the positive side I can say the young lady at the counter is polite and very friendly.

I've only been a customer of Mulino Celiaco for 3 weeks and I can guarantee that so far it's one of the best places to find fresh and above all delicious gluten-free food!! I recommend everyone try the croissants..something really exceptional! Courteous and helpful staff, worth trying because you won't be able to give it up :)

I've been getting supplies from them for a long time and I can't find anything better than Mrs. Manuela's products! Really excellent!me and my daughter face being celiac differently since we discovered her bakery! A special thanks from me and little ambra!
