you're always at the top in Alessandria your burger is the best g/free burger I've ever eaten in Italy...and I've been to so many venues. the really fresh pastries are amazing!!! and what can I say about your bread that I freeze, when I need it I take it out of the freezer and without heating it I top it ..for a whole day it's excellent. the fresh little focaccine in the morning for breakfast wow. well done well done!

the venue is nice for lunch or an aperitivo. very good, affordable prices. limited choice of pastries and bread, although the stone-baked one is really good, anyway it's my refuge, shame it's not open on Sunday!

It's my safe haven in Alessandria for an aperitivo, breakfast or a gluten-free snack without any worries. Excellent and tasty gluten-free products, compliments to the owners! The via Galvani location is much more spacious than the previous one and also very pleasant to look at.

Madame Caterina's bakery isn't closed it moved to via Galvani, in fact it got bigger and now also has a bar and hot food counter

Beautiful and colorful venue very welcoming and with staff really helpful and nice...the products have nothing to envy from the gluten ones...everything delicious both sweet and savory...products really really fresh!the stone-baked pizza made on the spot and the Recco focaccia are sublime!!!!in short a really fantastic venue for those like me who have gluten issues and also for everyone else!!!worth tryingggg

amazing we had lunch at a really affordable price and amazing dishes!!! we went back...the schiacciata with arugula cream and bresaola the roastbeef the desserts... they now have more space than before dedicated to really fresh desserts. fresh pastry with always really fresh creams, bread latest novelty baked on stone...amazing

a step back compared to the real bakery before moving. the bar/pastry shop is nice and well done despite the more out-of-the-way and inconvenient location compared to corso 4 novembre. before there was much more choice of products both bakery and pastry. Alas the products are no longer up to what they used to be. the pastries all taste the same and aren't always fresh, same for the pizza and the focaccia. the bakery cut down to the bone.
