Dolcerial was born in 2012 from the idea of two friends who shared the desire to create a food line dedicated to the world of celiac disease, aiming to improve the quality of life of all those suffering from food allergies. For cakes you can choose colors, weights, shapes, flavors and decorations. We also offer, always with high quality standards, fresh pasta in all shapes, ravioli, Ligurian focaccia and cheese focaccia, exclusively gluten-free. Dolcerial has products for the most demanding palates, to make life sweeter and face every allergy with a smile. raisin and candied fruit panettone very good breadsticks. ....superb well done! in my opinion there's still a bit of work to do on the focaccia..... anyway thank you and best wishes

Mi servo in questo laboratorio per il mio bambino . Ben rifornito come negozio. B uona la focaccia alla genovese che fanno loro e altre specialità come la focaccia di Recco, fantastici i dolci . Massima disponibilità .

sono stata per qualche giorno a Rapallo e ho potuto visitare con molto piacere il laboratorio dolcerial....io mangio senza glutine e senza lattosio ormai da 5 anni e devo dire che la scelta di prodotti della loro linea è veramente completa. Per non parlare della produzione di torte fresche che dopo anni mi hanno ridato la possiblità di festeggiare il mio compleanno insieme ad amici senza dovermi preoccupare di trovare torte e dolci diversi. la torta era buonissima ed è piaciuta a tutti .grazie e continuate cosi. sarò una delle vostre prime clienti quando sarete on-line con il vostro negozio....ciao

finalmente il paradiso per i celiaci...non solo un negozio fornito, ma un laboratorio dove con maestria si producono dolci e salati senza glutine e per le diverse intolleranze buonissimi, freschi e con materie prime di ottima qualità.
