Dolcerial was born in 2012 from the idea of two friends who shared the desire to create a food line dedicated to the world of celiac disease, aiming to improve the quality of life of all those suffering from food allergies. Our company today offers a range of pastry and fresh pasta products that are strictly gluten-free but also, according to customers' needs, sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free or free from other food allergens, while maintaining the highest quality able to satisfy every kind of palate. Current production ranges from pastries to fresh cakes for any type of ceremony, which can be created according to your ideas and needs. For cakes you can choose colors, weights, shapes, flavors and decorations. We also offer, always with high quality standards, fresh pasta in all shapes, ravioli, Ligurian focaccia and cheese focaccia, exclusively gluten-free. Dolcerial has products for the most demanding palates, to make life sweeter and face every allergy with a smile. Our shop offers you all the products from the most famous companies in the gluten-free world.

raisin and candied fruit panettone very good breadsticks. ....superb well done! in my opinion there's still a bit of work to do on the focaccia..... anyway thank you and best wishes

I shop at this workshop for my child. Well stocked as a shop. Good the Genoese focaccia they make and other specialties like Recco focaccia, fantastic desserts. Maximum helpfulness .

I spent a few days in Rapallo and I was very pleased to visit the Dolceria workshop....I've been eating gluten-free and lactose-free for 5 years now and I have to say the range of products in their line is really complete. Not to mention the production of fresh cakes which after years gave me back the chance to celebrate my birthday with friends without having to worry about finding different cakes and desserts. the cake was delicious and everyone liked it. thank you and keep it up. I'll be one of your first customers when you're online with your shop....bye
