fabulous. entirely gluten-free. sweet, savory, packaged, dine-in or takeaway. an aperitivo with 10 pieces to try a bit of everything. honest price. they also sell packaged GF frise

During the week I went almost every day excellent croissants and pastries, in the evening too I tried almost all the savory pastries especially the panzerotti and the bruschettone, everything exquisite, quality ingredients. Kind and helpful owners. Reasonable prices for being gf. A sure thing in Bari, I'll definitely be back. Top marks with honors across the board.

tried several items, excellent the focaccia, the pasticciotti, the croissants and the "nun's breasts" (wonderful). the panzerotti need improvement. really honest prices, a venue truly not to be missed

I come from Colibrio every time I'm in Bari for work. Really nice venue and excellent products both sweet and savory. Kind and attentive staff. Unfortunately, though, there's a lack in managing the spaces. The dining room, already cramped, has become a storage area for materials, making the stay less pleasant for guests. More cleanliness wouldn't hurt: if customers throw papers on the floor, someone should pick them up. Please, improve these aspects, you have great potential, I'm rooting for you because your products are really delicious, it would be a shame not to know how to manage the venue's decorum!

I only tried the excellent cream and jam pasticciotti because I live outside Bari.... but I would have tried everything .... mouthwatering just looking at the display case..... thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Finally a venue exclusively gluten-free and lactose-free done right. Food truly exquisite, you can't tell the difference from regular food and really kind staff. Top marks with honors.
