Celiachiamo Lab is a 400-square-meter venue entirely dedicated to gluten-free eating. The first part of the venue is a true gluten-free supermarket: over 1300 different products among fresh, dry and frozen foods. You can use the ASL prescription that every diagnosed celiac is entitled to. All products are gluten-free, but many are also free of milk, eggs, yeast, sugar, etc. Every month there are many products on promotion, and we organize gluten-free cooking classes for our customers. The second part of the venue houses a workshop where only gluten-free products are processed. Contamination is impossible and every ingredient used is certified. We make and sell a huge range of products prepared daily by our chefs. Every day we bake about 15 types of bread, over 20 types of fried food including supplì, croquettes, salt cod fillets, arancini, etc., countless flavors of pizza by the slice, every kind of cake, biscuit, mignon pastry, fresh and dry pastries, mousse, semifreddi, filled donuts and doughnuts, tarts, etc. And we also offer many ready-made dishes, and from 6 PM we also make round pizzas. Unless there are special needs (parties, catering, birthdays, weddings, etc.), there's no need to order these products in advance, as bread, pizzas, fried food, ready-made dishes, desserts, biscuits, etc. are always available, made fresh every day.

Walking into the venue I found a really pleasant surprise. All the products I usually eat were available, but the biggest surprise was the section of finely crafted pizzas and desserts. I loved every bite; the shop deserves top marks with honors for us celiacs.

Very well stocked..really a sure thing for celiacs...everything good...personally for the lab I prefer the savory..excellent bread, pizza and supplì.the courses they run are also really nice

with every event you amaze me more and more. the mortadella day and the fraschetta day memorable. I recommend the cacio e pepe arancino. high quality pizza, products of all brands and decent prices. you always find deals. the guys all very friendly. it's my favorite venue and driving 45 km to taste their delicacies doesn't bother me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I accompanied a celiac friend of mine who had to buy some products and I found myself tasting the bread (mmmmdelicious), a little sweet filled with hazelnut cream from the Langhe (stratospheric)... at this point I also bought bread, desserts and other quality things that caught my eye...a place full of good things for everyone I'd say, I recommend it if you like eating quality with taste!

Excellent pizza, also with lactose-free mozzarella. The desserts are appreciated, many lactose-free. Ideal bakery for a family with various intolerances and allergies. Kindness and information were never lacking.

I feel like replying to Vanessa's review...... I'm a regular customer and I've tried everything.....you really can't say anything negative about the quality, GOODNESS, or contamination of the products, but maybe something can be said about the friendliness of the staff.... in my opinion that's the only reason you wrote this review with so much "spite"

I've worked as a flight attendant for 22 years and in no location I've had the chance to visit for work or leisure have I ever found such a selection of both packaged products and above all fresh ones made on the spot: they're constantly baking everything. The quality is unquestionable and the prices are perfectly in line with those of a regular product. Really great. Sainthood right away! :)))

What a satisfaction to eat good pizza by the slice fresh out of the oven!! the bread excellent and it's good the next day too! I also bought the colomba and it's delicious!!just one suggestion...add a few more tables!!

They have various multi-brand GF starchy foods plus GF products like baking yeast, soy sauce and beer etc. unusual beers, I got a canned one that was really good. They have a counter with pizza, which they bake continuously, fresh bread and desserts, also tables to eat at...

A paradise! Very well stocked section of health-service-reimbursable products. Ample parking, courteous and helpful staff. Huge choice of bread, pizza, mini pastries, ciambelle! Everything prepared fresh every day!
