Historic artisan pastry shop in Cologna Veneta, known for its Finissimo Mandorlato and baked desserts, which has set up a workshop dedicated to gluten-free and lactose-free products. The gluten-free line includes brisolone, tarts, frangipane cakes, biscuits (cantucci, canestrelli, meringues, rice kisses, cocoa and orange diamantini, sablé), pound cakes, muffins and small tarts, as well as savory products such as breadsticks and taralli. Fresh cakes, fruit meringues, tiramisù, mousse and fruit tartlets are also available on order.
