INEDIBLE DESSERTS, I had to throw them away

Inedible desserts. Cream-filled fritters bought the other day, along with some small pastries, I had to throw them in the trash they were so bitter. Even the Yule log has completely gone downhill compared to last year. Did they change pastry chef?? Change them back!!!!

The desserts used to be very good. I went these last few days to get cream-filled fritters and pistachio pastries, and I have to say I threw them away because they were inedible. They were extremely bitter!!! They must have changed the pastry chef because it was a total disappointment. I who eat any dessert as long as it's a dessert, and who says everything is good, well, I have to say I threw them in the trash, I couldn't finish them!!!! Even the Christmas Yule log wasn't the same magnificent log from last year anymore. Completely crumbled apart despite being properly stored in the fridge. Someone should tell them they've really lost it with the desserts????????‍♀️

I'd start by saying that we're in Italy and, as with everything, we favor friends and not all customers... obviously where possible. As kind as the shop assistant is, I don't find her professional at all... I'm a celiac not recognized by the ASL, which means I have to buy everything myself without the monthly allowance for gluten-free products. every time I went shopping I was never given a free sample, unlike others who went home with several sample products.... just because they're friends of dad or old acquaintances. long live Italy

Shop among the best stocked in the whole province, huge choice of sweet, savory and frozen products, the fresh products are excellent too, like bread, pizza and pastries, tidy setting and very kind shop assistants.
