Sciuè is AIC certified, they also have a dedicated open kitchen but....they don't use it, they keep it closed, on Saturday evenings they prepare the gluten-free food in the regular kitchen amid total confusion and contamination; I ordered a gluten-free sandwich and the whole time I kept an eye on the gluten-free kitchen, which wasn't being used, everything was clean, with no trace of any preparation. When my sandwich finally arrived, I asked where they'd made it and why the kitchen was closed. I was told they made it in the regular kitchen but were careful not to contaminate it. At that point I didn't want it anymore. I went there hoping I could eat a sandwich without worrying about getting sick, but that wasn't the case.I should mention 2 years earlier they made me sick, which is why I waited to go back, but nothing has changed.Be careful.

nice venue, kind service but not always precise, excellent ingredients, separate gf kitchen. they only have one type of gf beer. going there after 8 PM means at least 1 hour wait much less on weekdays

Excellent sandwich really good really soft and the difference is barely noticeable, carefully made in every detail! I recommend it.

AIC venue, knowledgeable and informed about gluten-free, separate kitchen, excellent and generous sandwiches. normal prices, the only flaw is a wait of an hour and a half on Saturday evening
