Since 2005 we have been the reference point for all celiacs in Romagna. Our presence inside the "I Malatesta" shopping center opposite the Rimini Fair makes us unique in the now saturated landscape of specialty shops. Our now decade-long experience in the sector, the professionalism of our staff and the widest product range in the region are our strengths. Always open (including holidays and Sundays) from 9 AM to 9 PM, with covered parking and many other services and shops, we offer our private customers and restaurant-industry operators a service always available at every moment to meet every need. We stock over 1,500 products from dry to frozen: throughout the week, exclusively, we offer classic pastry specialties (millefeuille, bomboloni, cannoli, croissants, etc.) and traditional Romagna and Emilia specialties (piade, cassoni, erbazzoni, tigelle, fresh pasta, ciambelle and more) from award-winning artisan workshops of Romagna, from San Marino to Forlì via Cesena and Sarsina. All the major brands (Nutrifree, L'Altro Gusto, Pedon, Biaglut and others) are partners in the cooking classes we organize in winter at affiliated venues specializing in gluten-free cuisine (Hotel Aurora, Pizzeria "Da Biagio", Hotel Corallo, Hotel Admiral Palace). Twice a month you can taste our products and ask nutritionists or chefs present for advice and recipes. We look forward to seeing you.
