Le Sglutinate is a shop entirely dedicated to gluten-free food in the Colli Aniene area of Rome. In addition to a wide choice of packaged, fresh and frozen gluten-free products (also lactose-free, organic and vegan), it offers freshly made items: fruit tarts, cannoli, zeppole and other sweets, as well as pizza, fried treats, first courses and mains, with orders available on request. The staff are happy to recommend products and help with reading labels, and a few small tables allow you to have breakfast on site. ASL vouchers are accepted.
