What a joy to arrive in Sicily and know that a place this well-stocked exists!!! helpful and kind people.....too bad the voucher for celiacs is regional, but of course that's not their fault, actually they tried to figure out how to get me a refund (which unfortunately isn't possible). thank you, you made my vacation less troublesome.

I've just come back from an entirely gluten-free weekend organized by these two extraordinary guys named Andrea and Giuseppe (owners of the store) who have turned their trade into a real passion. Their way of doing things, their kindness and their extraordinary professionalism make us very happy and above all reassure us. The events were organized in an extraordinary way, everything cared for down to the smallest detail, and besides having learned a lot I had an absolute blast. Not to mention the fact that it wasn't just a simple gluten-free event but we're talking about 2 cooking courses with chef Marco Scaglione. Not being from Messina I took the opportunity to visit the store, which I had heard so much about, where I was particularly amazed. Despite the small size of the place there's really everything a celiac needs and above all you find products that for us in the south are often unknown. Despite the huge assortment they have an extraordinary ability to advise you on any product in the store and for the first time I bought following someone's advice and they got it right this time too. I think we'd need an Intolleranzando but above all an Andrea and a Giuseppe in every part of Sicily Congratulations guys you're legends.

Finally in Messina a go-to place for us celiacs who until yesterday were forced to go to the pharmacy. In this place there's everything from dry goods to frozen products, it feels like walking into a supermarket. Always up to date, always new products with a dry and frozen assortment that leaves you amazed. Not to mention the kindness and professionalism of Andrea and Giuseppe who with extraordinary expertise on the subject always give excellent advice. When you walk into Intollerando it doesn't even feel like being in Messina. The continuous events they organize are extraordinary and don't make us feel different or sick as happened at the pharmacy where for them selling an aspirin or a pack of cookies was exactly the same thing. The all-day continuous hours every day and the Sunday opening complete the extraordinariness of this shop. And finally it had never happened to me before to have a clear picture of what I was spending because there were neither prices displayed nor a record of how much I was spending. At Intollerando instead, prices displayed and sale details with products purchased and the remaining balance on the voucher. What can I say ..... Extraordinary!!!

enthusiastic about the initiatives taken by the owners like tasting the various types of panettoni to save us from unnecessary spending :) wide choice of products, friendliness, kindness, excellent advice. try the Green's beer :) we already love you.
