Are there gluten-free products that are also egg-free with no trace of egg at all. ..for a very severe allergy to egg and to gluten. .? Can someone answer. Thank you

Very well stocked shop, very knowledgeable owner. They have flours and products you can't find elsewhere.

Really well stocked shop with dry products: pasta, biscuits, various desserts, bread...there are also brands I had never seen even in Tuscany! Also they sell more unusual products like macarons, or candy, or tigelle, or several things for making unusual desserts (sugar paste, decorations...). But what makes it really worth going for are the fresh pastries they make every Wednesday and Friday in the adjacent workshop. I got a swedish and a croissant, but I stocked up to bring home (along with a tub of tortellini)! They also make pizza and schiacciata.

the Modena store has moved, still in Modena but on via scaglia est, 128, behind direz. 70. It's twice as big as before and next to it there's Panreale, the gluten-free workshop, every Wednesday and Friday it bakes fresh gluten-free delicacies of all kinds.

This shop does a fantastic thing together with the association, they collect gluten-free products for the earthquake-hit areas in Emilia, you can also do it through the website. You buy products with a 10% discount by letting them know beforehand via email that they'll be intended for the earthquake-hit areas. It works, plus they're experienced and skilled, also available by phone for any question or curiosity. There's also a store in Rubiera, Reggio Emilia. They really take great care of you!!!
