I reported this shop to "Mangiare Senza Glutine" myself because this summer, having parents from the province of Bari, I came from Udine and found myself in the Castellana Grotte area, the app didn't show any useful shops for celiacs. After a web search, I found this shop and did some shopping, so being satisfied with the assortment I wanted to report it. I finally rediscovered the taste of focaccia which in my opinion is 98% similar to the regular one. I recommend it because it's very well stocked, good prices and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Celi Ho for letting me rediscover Bari-style focaccia.
