I stayed the first week of August. Staff really attentive to food allergies. For celiacs they serve the same courses present on the menu for everyone. And if you have favorite dishes no problem they accommodate you right away. Highly recommended

I confirm everything Alessandro wrote. excellent hotel, recommended, my daughter is celiac and for her it was a Joy.

Excellent hotel with excellent cooking. The most striking feature is the kindness of all the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning staff. The cooking is excellent, celiacs can eat the same things as everyone else, there's a buffet reserved for celiacs for breakfast and the side dishes with a notice to avoid contamination. Almost everything is made by the chef: cakes, desserts, bread, focaccia...
