I was there for 2 years in a row.. 2014 and 2015 and I have to say for celiacs they're well equipped! maybe the best place to spend a vacation offering this service! We're served at the table rather than at the regular buffet, but the choice of first and second courses is identical to the regular one. only thing obviously appetizers.. the choice is naturally smaller, but the staff is very attentive to satisfy the customer.. same goes for dessert which is generally always available! breakfast remains the only thing where we have less choice, but still well served: plumcake or muffin and rusks and possibly also a croissant! I think they use Schar products for the packaged stuff! but the dessert is supplied by a dedicated pastry shop! I highly recommend it for the gluten-free dining service! also the staff is generally trained about it and very attentive :)

Ottimo villaggio, curato nei dettagli, dieta senza glutine impeccabile sia nella qualità che nella variazione. L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato è la gestione del lido, si deve fare la corsa x un ombrellone.
