Starting from the morning with a breakfast buffet dedicated to gluten-free: jams, yogurt, butter, Nutella, cured meats, cheese, fresh fruit or fruit salad, sandwich bread, bread and cakes made by our chef, biscuits, corn flakes, fruit juices, milk, espresso, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate, all absolutely good and safe. Our staff is informed and trained on celiac dietary needs, and we pay great attention to keeping everything separate and different. At lunch and dinner you'll find a rich buffet of appetizers and cooked and raw vegetables, snacks, pizzas, house bread, desserts and sorbet, while first and second courses are served at the table, according to each guest's choice. The entire gluten-free menu is prepared only with naturally gluten-free ingredients and only with food allowed by the A.I.C. handbook - Italian Celiac Association.
