Grand Hotel Montesilvano

This 4-star hotel is certainly not a paradise for celiacs. At breakfast, lunch and dinner the buffet is always contaminated since the bread, or gluten products in general, are all together (I happened to see breakfast pastry crumbs on stacked empty plates). At lunch or dinner most of the time there's no dessert other than panna cotta (the waiter told me the chef hadn't had time!). For all this they charge a 12€ per day surcharge per celiac person. My verdict is negative and I wouldn't recommend it to any celiac.
