JB Burger, the smash burger brand created by Joe Bastianich, has opened a location inside the RomaEst shopping center. It offers beef burgers, fried chicken and plant-based alternatives with Beyond Meat, made to order with recipes inspired by American tradition. Gluten-free burger buns are available, but the restaurant does not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination in the kitchen: anyone who needs maximum caution should ask directly at the counter before ordering.
