I appreciate the honesty of an owner who told me they had gluten-free sandwiches but didn't serve me because his kitchen was very small and couldn't guarantee against contamination (he has a celiac daughter)

I walked in full of enthusiasm but the owner told me he'd rather not serve me because they have gluten-free sandwiches but a small kitchen where they can't guarantee against contamination. I still always appreciate honesty, and I left

It passes itself off as a gluten free venue, a celiac walks in and the owner doesn't guarantee anything, can't take responsibility. How is that possible?
