Really good ice cream with a wide choice of typical flavors that aren't easily found at other ice cream parlors.

Excellent and renowned ice cream shop in Syracuse. Ask the staff (always friendly and smiling) for flavors suitable for celiac people. Although it's not a "100% gluten free" venue, many of their products are designed to be enjoyed by everyone: for example, gluten-free biscuits are used even where "regular" ones could be used instead. Plant-based ice cream available (also gluten-free). The quality of the products is practically beyond question.
