the gluten-free ice cream parlor par excellence! first of all the ice cream flavors are really delicious and then the service is textbook, impeccable! we've been going to Vieste on vacation for a few years and getting ice cream here is a walk in the park for your health: they wash their hands, have a dedicated scoop and take the ice cream from the bottom of the tub taking off a piece and digging down..... no contamination possible! excellent service and excellent quality!
