very good! gluten free waffle . icecream is taken from the bottom with a clean spoon to avoid crosscontimination. to be absolutely safe you can also choose separate lactose free flavours.

Not registered with AIC. A reliable ice cream shop though, the gluten-free ice creams are in a separate tub with different scoops, with six non-standard flavors. The ice cream is good.

It's true that for celiacs they have a rather limited dedicated counter, but we're talking about an additional counter, as a celiac I can safely say they're extremely meticulous!!! when you say you're celiac they point you to the certified counter, while the "regular" counter is full of gluten-free ice creams (they'll point out which ones) and they're excellent! the staff is very knowledgeable, uses clean spatulas, takes the ice cream by sinking the spatula in. In almost all ice cream shops, the gluten-free is taken from the tubs of ice cream prepared for everyone, so why comment giving the impression that for celiacs they can only offer a few flavors (considering only the glutenfree counter) and maybe not very good ones simply because they're also made for vegans and diabetics? THE BEST ICE CREAM I'VE EVER EATEN SO FAR! ABSOLUTELY WORTH TRYING

Better to always specify beforehand that you're celiac. Since the standard flavors risk contamination, celiacs, vegans and diabetics are redirected to a specific counter (which they call the "friend counter", if I'm not mistaken), where gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and sugar-free flavors are offered. The choice isn't very extensive but the quality is really high, with really good flavors. Definitely recommended, and impeccable service.

acceptable alternative. all the flavors are gluten-free but the regular ones are obviously contaminated so they've found a way to offer you an ice cream in a dedicated place that's also fine for those intolerant to dairy and sugar. even if it's not the best because it melts very fast and the flavor tastes a bit like water and sugar because of the stevia or rice-almond milk, I don't know, at least it's not contaminated and if we really want to find the upside it's also light for your figure ;)

Pochi gusti. Il gelato, dolcificato con la stevia, è indicato anche per i diabetici. Consiglio di provarlo a chi, come me, soffre d'intolleranza al glutine.
