I tried this ice cream shop on a friend's recommendation and I have to thank them, first of all because the ice cream is really good and I have to say I found attention and courtesy towards those who, like us, have intolerance issues, and then besides the usual ice cream made specifically for the intolerant, on the owner's recommendation I also tried some flavors from the gluten-free counter really exceptional try them and you'll thank me

hi everyone .... the choice to prepackage the gf ice creams was made to guarantee maximum safety of the final product, to avoid cross contamination.Also these ice creams are made with scotti rice milk, on average three times a week, in small quantities and few flavors to guarantee freshness and before all other processing and obviously after cleaning and disinfecting all the machinery and utensils needed for production. The flavors we usually produce are chocolate, fior di riso, cream and hazelnut enriched with hazelnut cream and gf cereals, all from the scotti line. I'm sorry anyway that I didn't satisfy your palate. Thank you

Not recommended; when I went they only had single-flavor prepackaged ice creams made by themselves (and what a flavor!!!). I don't know who added it to this app but it absolutely cannot be considered a gf ice cream shop.
