They're no longer part of the association for business reasons, not because they failed inspections... they didn't have enough customers requesting gluten-free ice cream. I know the owner and I confess that even today, when the ice cream hasn't been contaminated yet I get them to set aside a tub for me, because their ice cream is without a doubt the best gluten-free ice cream I've ever eaten. Their base ice cream is gluten-free, if you call you can request gluten-free ice cream, and who knows maybe one day they'll be part of Aic again.

they're no longer Aic, they don't make gluten-free ice cream free of contamination.

They're no longer certified.

Nice place in a quiet, green neighborhood, they also have benches, AIC-certified ice cream, 5 flavors, cone etc. everything excellent.
