The ice cream is really good but I was stunned by the poor knowledge on the gluten-free topic.. they couldn't tell me which flavors were suitable for celiacs and they scooped the ice cream (of the suitable flavors) with a separate scoop.. but being an AIC-certified venue shouldn't they guarantee the absence of contamination regardless?
