I just went to this ice cream shop. I have a 4-year-old celiac child....The arrogance and rudeness of the guy, I don't know if he's the owner, surprised me! I asked for a 2 euro gluten-free ice cream. The girl took a clean scoop, a gluten-free cone, and was about to take the ice cream from the same tubs she used for the gluten cones! Now, it doesn't seem hard to understand that inside those tubs there are all the residues from gluten cones, and that a GLUTEN-FREE ice cream means one where contamination has been reduced as much as possible! The guy's only reply was that not even "with the worst celiac" had he had problems! All it would have taken was to grab an "untouched" tub, you rude jerk!
