Il Gelatino, accredited gluten-free and vegan-ok, was founded in 2013 but boasts decades of experience in artisan ice cream. From the experience of Italian master ice cream makers and the careful selection of suppliers comes the gluten-free line, specifically designed to make artisan ice creams rich in flavor and of the highest quality. Il Gelatino offers a product that, besides being highly digestible, is gluten-free. This creamy, tastier ice cream offers not a sensation of "cold" but the true flavor of the ingredients. Il Gelatino has been listed in AIC's guide to eating out gluten-free since February 2015 with its ice cream and pastry products, and in June of the same year obtained VEGANOK certification for some flavors, operating according to the UNI EN ISO 14021 standard. From pasteurization to cakes, everything is gluten-free, guaranteeing no contamination.
