When there's a gluten-free cone, I'll add a star for the choice of products. For now in my opinion the queue and prices fully justify the line. The ice cream is excellent and the staff is perfectly trained to handle celiacs: they don't scoop from the tub other people's ice cream has been served from (which has come into contact with the cones), but they wash their hands and take a tub from underneath, with uncontaminated ice cream. This is called excellent customer care, smart marketing and excellent quality.
