Everything very good, I go often, I have a vegan friend and if she's around when we go out we can't help but go there even while on a diet! Two days ago at 38 degrees we were in Monti and tried the ice cream! SUPERB, and I'm not a big ice cream fan! It's worth it and the prices are in line for the flavor and high-quality products

opinion of a celiac/vegetarian this ice cream really has a different taste and a different texture compared to the usual, plus even eating a lot of it it stays very digestible. I'd like to give it 6, actually 7 stars. please leave the prices as they are, lower would be almost unfair given the quality, higher would become elitist. this way it's fair, actually, genuine.

For "refined" palates... prices maybe a bit high... but you never know, maybe, the labor and product quality... I recommend it to treat yourself to something organic, gluten-free... a lot of flavor!

I discovered this chocolate shop, unique pastry shop (I think the first in the world) where the desserts are prepared without cooking: the processing is under 42 degrees, the cocoa beans aren't roasted but sun-dried. They only use certified organic ingredients and only of plant origin. All the products are free of gluten, refined sugars, eggs, milk and animal derivatives. No soy, yeast or chemical products! Besides having a unique taste never experienced before, all their products are suitable for people with intolerances and for everyone who, due to health issues, needs to keep blood sugar and cholesterol under control. The prices are worth the quality of the products.

One of a kind, where everything is gluten-free. It's a vegan raw pastry shop where the chocolate isn't melted but dried. There's dry chocolate, semifreddo (cheesecake) and ice cream. Prices matching the quality and refinement of the products. the owner answered all our questions and gave us a lot more information about how his product is made.

Divine pastry shop! Being a gluten-free vegan I can't help but love it! Quality, aromas and flavors. Really attentive to intolerances. Too bad about the prices a bit high and the mini portions...
