Gelateria Glassè offers its customers real artisan ice cream, made only with selected ingredients. We make our sauces in-house, which give our ice creams and cakes their distinctive flavor, except for products like Pistachio and Hazelnut. We pay particular attention to food intolerances; in fact, since this year, all of our ice cream, cake and Soft Yogurt production is gluten-free, certified by an independent testing laboratory. In addition, every day we offer ice creams suitable for a Low Glycemic diet and for Vegans. We seek out excellence in our ingredients: our pistachio is pure Bronte pistachio of the prized Smeraldo selection, certified free from Aflatoxins. The hazelnuts come from a P.G.I.-certified farm, while our licorice sauce is made with Amarelli powder from Rossano Calabro. Fruit ice cream is made with fresh fruit purchased and processed directly by the Glassè staff. The courtesy and professionalism of our staff will welcome you for Your Sweet Moment

I was there yesterday, the staff is really kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. The venue is really nice, you can also comfortably enjoy the ice cream outside since there's a small square so the kids are also at ease and can play. The flavors make you want to try them all....I really think I'll be back soon. Highly recommended!!!

simply fantastic! all the flavors are gluten-free, good and with a lot of possible add-ons both fruit based and treats for kids. Also... cakes and shot glass desserts GF!!!
