for Gianluca, I don't know if you're celiac but if you were you would understand my judgment. A business affiliated with AIC knows very well that to serve gluten-free to people affected by this disease, it must adopt precautions that minimize the risk of contamination. At this ice cream shop they know little about it, because when I ordered ice cream (a gluten-containing cone) the staff was waving the cone freely over the display case. At that point I could no longer order ice cream for my CELIAC daughter because that cone in the display case with all the gluten-free flavors (as you say) is now a CONTAMINATED environment! GLUTEN-FREE IS NOT A TREND BUT A NECESSITY!!! SO IT MUST BE DONE WITH CARE!! So the precautions to take would be to have a separate display case, or to use only and exclusively gluten-free cones, because if even a tiny crumb from that gluten cone falls into the display case, it's all ruined.

for carlo I go there often and never had any problem...actually all the flavors are gluten-free except for pan di stelle, for which there's a separate scoop just for that one...ice cream quality average...

Venue included in the AIC network but they know little about the subject. They use the scoop to put ice cream on the gluten cone. Result? Contamination GUARANTEED!! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CELIACS
