The ice cream is rather good. The staff seems fairly informed about gluten-free. They also have gluten-free cones. Not bad! It's the contamination issue that leaves me a bit puzzled, given the work counter. I'll allow myself to suggest to the staff, considering the type of business, that welcoming with a smile and joy can help. Anyway thank you for considering gluten-free, in this area it's not such an obvious thing!
