They're really attentive to the celiac: the gluten-free flavors are clearly marked and the ice cream is served using new dedicated tubs. Also in the shop there are so many other temptations ... brioche col tuppo, frollini, crepes, Sicilian cannoli, cassata, brownies ... and all gluten-free! Highly recommended!
