Do you want a GF ice cream with no risk of contamination? Abandon all hope you who enter Dolce Capriccio! Now I'll explain the procedure for asking for a GF ice cream: even if there's a mile-long line in front of you, declare you're celiac; immediately the owner will make us jump the whole line to explain the following: he takes a clean spatula to remove the top layer of the tub of the desired GF flavor; then another paddle is used to reach the CORE of the ice cream, which is then... spread on the SAME REGULAR CONES! If none of this scares you go ahead and eat and here's to gluten in your mouth!.P.S. it sounds like a movie but it's all true!
