Historic artisan pastry shop in Cologna Veneta, active since 1981 and known for its traditional panettone and locally made finissimo mandorlato. Since January 2025 it has had a workshop dedicated exclusively to gluten-free and lactose-free desserts, separate from traditional production to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The gluten-free line includes brisolone, tarts, baked cakes, biscuits (cantucci, canestrelli, meringues, rice kisses, chocolate and orange diamonds, hazelnut shortbread), single portions (pound cakes, muffins, small cakes) and, on order with 48 hours' notice, fresh pastries such as tiramisù, mousse, bignè and fruit tarts.
