Unfortunately I can't eat the ice cream because it's contaminated, they wouldn't give it to me even after changing scoops and taking the right one from a different tub. Luckily I got to eat the spumone: that one truly good.

Letizia and Umberto keep alive the recipe for Leccese Spumone, which Umberto's grandmother gave them, adding the flavor and innovation that Letizia puts into everything she does! The best ice cream ever, sophisticated, special and different (try the fiocchetto or cocumazza flavor... delicious): gluten-free, lactose-free and yet full of flavor. Compliments guys, keep it up
